TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The AMF Bowling Loyalty Program, AMF Roller, is operated by Bowling Centres Australia Pty Limited ACN 007 710 110 ("AMF Bowling"). Participation in the AMF Bowling Loyalty Program indicates agreement to be bound by its Terms and Conditions as detailed below.
  2. Membership to the AMF Bowling Loyalty Program is open to Australian and New Zealand residents.
  3. Only individuals may be members of the AMF Bowling Loyalty Program. A person can join the AMF Bowling Loyalty Program free of charge at any AMF Bowling Centre in Australia and New Zealand. The initial and all subsequent transactions will be included in the member's Loyalty Account.
  4. A member must complete the registration at any AMF Bowling centre to use any Loyalty Entitlements issued through the AMF Bowling Loyalty Program.
  5. A member's name and e-mail address are required when joining the AMF Bowling Loyalty Program. E-mail will be the primary method of communication with members regarding the program and any additional benefits that may be periodically introduced. If members do not have an e-mail address then a postal address must be supplied, however AMF Bowling does not guarantee that members will receive communication via mail.
  6. Member's personal details along with the member's transaction history and mailing requests will be held on a database maintained by AMF Bowling, and a program service provider engaged by AMF Bowling to administer the AMF Bowling Loyalty Program, and will be collected, stored, used and disclosed in accordance with AMF Bowling's Privacy and Security policy. AMF Bowling's Privacy and Security policy can be viewed at www.amfbowling.om.au or in centre. Under no circumstances will information be made available to any other parties or used for any other purpose unless in accordance with AMF Bowling's Privacy and Security policy or as required by law.
  7. AMF Roller members are entitled to receive the following Loyalty Benefits:
    1. Bowling games for $7.95 per person per game, all day every day when purchased online only. This discount is not available with any other discount offer, voucher or promotion. This offer is not available for league, tournaments, birthday parties, school groups, meal deals, arcade tokens, or group and corporate bookings. Vouchers are available for purchase online only on the AMF Bowling website - https://shop.amfbowling.com.au.
    2. Access to exclusive promotional deals, special offers and any additional benefits sent via email that may be periodically introduced.
  8. Periodically AMF Bowling will make available additional offers and promotions that are for the exclusive benefit of AMF Loyalty Program members. These will be bound by separate terms and conditions that will be communicated at the point of sale. These offers and promotions will not be valid in conjunction with the offers outlined in section 7 of these terms and conditions. Rewards Benefits are for personal use by a member and will not be valid for league, tournaments, birthday parties, school groups, or group and corporate bookings.
  9. In order to obtain the $7.95 Bowling Game Loyalty Benefit, a member must pre-purchase the $7.95 Game voucher(s) online through our AMF Bowling Shop. The voucher is valid at all AMF Bowling Centres on presentation of the voucher and a valid AMF Roller or AMF Roller Elite card.
  10. All transactions on the Loyalty Card accrue in the member's name only and cannot be assigned, sold, refunded, transferred, exchanged or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  11. Registration in the AMF Loyalty Program confirms a member's agreement to receive correspondence and promotional material from AMF Bowling, including mailings with special offer & event information and monthly newsletters & catalogues.
  12. Members must report if their Loyalty Card is lost or stolen and a replacement card will be issued.
  13. AMF Bowling may in its absolute discretion suspend or terminate the AMF Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice. AMF Bowling will not be liable for the suspension or termination of the AMF Loyalty Program on any account whatsoever including (without limitation) for any Loyalty Benefits that may be valid at the time of suspension or termination.
  14. All conditions and warranties whether express or implied and whether arising under statute or otherwise, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services supplied under the AMF Bowling Loyalty Program are expressly excluded to the full extent permitted by law. Any liability AMF Bowling may have to a member under statute in respect of such goods and services which cannot be excluded is limited, where permitted, to supplying, or paying the cost of supplying, the goods or services again or repairing, or paying the costs of repairing, the goods, at AMF Bowling's option.
  15. The AMF Bowling Loyalty card remains the property of AMF Bowling and may be recalled at the discretion of AMF Bowling at any time.
  16. AMF Bowling reserves the right to make any changes at any time to these Terms and Conditions and to any part of the AMF Loyalty Program. A current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available on the AMF Bowling website amfbowling.com.au.
