Guest Services

Be a Champion of Fun! As a Guest Service Attendant your role is to provide the ultimate guest experience for all of our customers.

Café Team Member      

Join the fun in the kitchen as one of our Café Attendants!  You’ll need to be organized and a great multi – tasker with a passion for producing great food from our exciting food and beverage offering.

Party Squad   

AMF is the home of birthday parties, as a team member of the Party Squad it is your mission to create laughter, memories and most importantly FUN for each and every boy or girl celebrating their special birthday!

Facilities Team Member

Consider yourself a ‘jack of all trades’?  Do you love working with your hands?  Join our Facilities Team! Don’t worry though as no experience in bowling machines is necessary, discover this unique industry where you will learn one of a kind skills.

Manager on Duty

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Become a Manager on Duty at AMF with great career development and opportunities, we are invested in your future. As a Manager on Duty you are responsible for the centre operations of your shift.

Assistant Manager

As the Assistant Manager your primary purpose is to provide support to the Centre Manager in delivering the customer, team, operational and financial KPI’s for your Centre. With your fantastic leadership skills you will help create a fun and enthusiastic team environment!

Facilities Manager

As the Facilities Manager your role is primarily focused on delivering on building and machinery standards to provide an exceptional experience to our customers.  You achieve this by having a great team and working together to deliver great outcomes. 

Centre Manager

As the Centre Manager your primary purpose is to build a team who are Champions of Fun! You will manage and deliver the customer, team, operational and financial KPI’s for your Centre as well as lead, motivate and support an enthusiastic team in a fast paced, fun and exciting work environment!

Support Office Positions

The Support Office at AMF Bowling is focused on delivering timely and effective support to all our centres, allowing them to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Opportunities exist at Support Office for current employees, as well as external candidates within the following departments:

Marketing

Our Marketing department consists of a creative team that are across promotional campaigns, digital marketing and local area marketing for all centres nationally and in New Zealand.

Human Resources

Human Resources always have their door open, with a team that is responsible for partnering with operational and department leaders, coaching them on training and development, talent development, employee engagement programs, recruitment and employment relations.

Development

The development department are responsible for all building and equipment maintenance across our centres nationally along with the design and build of new centres and renovation of existing centres.

Food and Beverage

Passionate about creating the perfect food and beverage offering for all of our customers, our F&B department are responsible for new product development, and partnering with the operational teams to ensure national food regulations are delivered on and food and beverage standards are achieved.

Operations

Our operational teams consists of regional managers in each state and a national team who drive operational projects and support the centres to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Finance

Our finance departments work with operations and departments to deliver financial outcomes that align with budget.  They also pull together monthly financial results and provide effective financial reporting to help identify strengths and opportunities with the business from a financial perspective.
