By entering the EA SPORTS™ #PLAYATAMF Game of Skill Competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
  2. Subject to clause 3, entry is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand who are 13 years of age or older.
  3. Entrants under the age of 18 years of age must have the approval of their parent or guardian to enter.
  4. Employees and their immediate families of Bowling Centres Australia Pty Limited, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.

    How To Enter:
  5. Entrants must have an Instagram, Twitter or Facebook account to enter. To open an Instagram, Twitter or Facebook account, download the Instagram, Twitter or Facebook app for iPhone or Android.
  6. Follow @AMFBOWLING on Instagram, @AMFRoller on Twitter, and facebook.com/amfbowling on Facebook.
  7. Take an original fun and creative photo of yourself in any AMF Bowling Centre during the April School Holiday period
  8. Upload the photo to Instagram, Facebook or Twitter and use the hashtag #PLAYATAMF and tag @amfbowling .
  9. Please ensure your privacy settings are set to 'public' for valid entry.
  10. Enter as many times as you like!

    Competition Details:
  11. The competition commences on Saturday 05 April 2014 at 9:00am AEDT and concludes on Sunday 04 May 2014 at 23:59pm AEDT.
  12. Entries will be judged on creativity and originality.
  13. Entries must be received by Sunday 04 May 2014 at 23:59pm AEDT.
  14. The entry must be the original creation of the entrant and free of any copyright or trademark claims by other parties.
  15. All entries remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant.
  16. There will be ten (10) winners who will receive an EA SPORTS™ Pack.
  17. Included in this Prize
    1. An XBOX ONE Console,
    2. One copy of EA SPORTS™ FIFA 14 on XBOX ONE,
    3. One copy of EA SPORTS™ Madden NFL 25 on XBOX ONE, and
    4. One copy of EA SPORTS™ NBA LIVE 14 on XBOX ONE.
  18. Total prize value $8950.00 and is correct as at the date of printing. Each pack is valued at $895.00 (Xbox ONE - $598.00, EA Games - $297.00). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in prize value between this date and the date the prize is taken.
  19. The winner is responsible for all other expenses involved in the participation of this prize.
  20. Prizes cannot be transferred and are not redeemed for cash. Winners should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.

  22. All entries will be judged at AMF Bowling Centres Australia, Support Office, Level 12, 61 Lavender Street, Milsons Point, Sydney, New South Wales 2061, on Monday 5 May 2014. The winner will be the entrant whose entry is judged by AMF Bowling Centres Australia to be the most creative and original from all entries received. The competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. The judges' decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
  23. The winner will be announced by Bowling Centres Australia through its Instagram, Twitter and Facebook accounts @AMFRoller, @AMFBOWLING and facebook.com/amfbowling by Friday 9 May 2014. Winners will be asked to contact Bowling Centres Australia to claim their prize and must provide their full name, postal address and day time contact number.
  24. Bowling Centres Australia will endeavour to contact the winner via their Instagram, Twitter and Facebook account within one week of the prize judging. In the event the winner cannot be contacted after two (2) weeks the second prize winner will be awarded the prize and the original winner will forfeit the prize and have no further claim on the prize.
  25. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter's ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
  26. Bowling Centres Australia Pty Limited, and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
  27. Bowling Centres Australia Pty Limited and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur during judging; whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the competition or in the participation in any prize.
